About a twelve minute walk to the public Estero Boulevard access. Beach gear is in the garage.
Is the home accessible?
The first floor is single-level with a step-free entry from the driveway. Bedrooms 1 and 2 and a full bath are downstairs.
What about hurricanes?
The home was built in 2023 to current Florida code, on the bay side. We monitor every storm and refund fully if travel is impacted.
